Roasted Sweet Potatoes
- spray a sheet pan with avocado oil spray, add cubed sweet potatoes (I leave skin on) spray again with avocado oil spray, sprinkle with Redmond seasoning salt, give it a good mix with your hands. Roast at 400 for 30 min. Half way through stir everything around and turn the pan once. Test for salt and add more salt if needed.
