Brown Butter Rice Krispy Treats (Jamie)

 

1.5 cubes of butter

2 10oz packages of mini marshmallows (keep out 2 cups to stir in later)

3/4 tsp vanilla

8.5 cups Rice Krispies

Melt butter and cook until browned stirring frequently. Butter will get foamy and have nutty smell

Add all but 2 cups of mini marshmallows. Stir until blended. 

Remove from heat and slowly add 8-8.5 cups Rice Krispies once mixed well add additional 2 cups of marshmallows.
